GovRAMP and TX-RAMP for startups. From $2,000.
The authorization state agencies and school districts check before signing a contract. A GovRAMP or TX-RAMP authorization readiness package is issued by a Third Party Assessment Organization for GovRAMP, or the Texas Department of Information Resources for TX-RAMP, never by us. We build the program, the policies and the evidence behind it.

What you get for GovRAMP and TX-RAMP.
The same platform every framework runs on, pointed at this one: your answers, your evidence, your documents.
How GovRAMP and TX-RAMP runs here.
Four steps, in this order, with the handoff at the end.
- Step 1
Intake and program scoping
Tell us which state or local buyers you are chasing and what data you would hold for them. That sets the program and the impact level before anything is billed.
- Step 2
Deterministic gap analysis
Your intake answers are compared to the NIST 800-53 baseline for your level and the program's own requirements, producing a fixed gap list ordered for the assessor.
- Step 3
Policies, SSP, and evidence binder
Policies and the System Security Plan are drafted from your answers. Evidence is filed by control so the same binder serves TX-RAMP, GovRAMP, and a later FedRAMP push.
- Step 4
Assessment and authorization
GovRAMP requires a Third Party Assessment Organization arranged through partner firms. TX-RAMP is certified by the Texas Department of Information Resources directly.

Published where it can be published, and arranged with the firm that signs it where it cannot.

That is the intake, the gap analysis, your policies, the evidence binder and the handoff package.
A GovRAMP or TX-RAMP authorization readiness package is arranged with a Third Party Assessment Organization for GovRAMP, or the Texas Department of Information Resources for TX-RAMP and quoted before it begins.
TX-RAMP certification is issued by the Texas Department of Information Resources, and GovRAMP authorization by its program office after a Third Party Assessment Organization review; Polara prepares the package and is neither.
Polara Labs is not an accredited assessor. Assessments are performed by the independent assessor the framework requires.
